Is there a tutorial out there that teaches how to color hair? I've tried looking around and

is as close as I can get to.

It shows a beautifully rendered eye and eyelashes with eyebrow but it doesn't really say how to do it for the hairy parts...

Was wondering if anyone knows a good linke that teaches how to draw eyebrows and eyelashes like her.
