Heres some things I am working in my spare time. Hope you all like...give me some crits, opinions!

Good start:)
Here're few things I guess you should work on a bit.
- the head proportions of the guy are a bit weird, especially the forehead.
- the pec muscles are maybe a bit sharp.
- Hand fingers're a bit thin and some of them look a bit bended.
