not shore about deformation of the arms i aint good at riging yet

Nice i Really like this.. =) yupp as mentioned plz give him Atleast one more finger to work with ;) i think the Texturing looks Decent enough so far, Dun know about the Sweater Texture though..

4 fingers look cool to me. But i think it would be better not to give him 3 fingers just cuz it is a more tiring job.

I really like the armor/costume concept. It's bad-ass, yet doesn't read like the standard ninja. The finger count seems really awkward though, it's too cartoony.

Also, his stomach seems really thing. maybe it should widen and tape upwards a bit more? It looks too cylindrical.

ok that it as of now almost finished just got to fix up some colours and seems and stuff a mate of mine is going over it so he can give me pointer on how to touch it up

with his waist so small thats how i make most of my superhero's and such its more of an anime style on it i like it but might make it a bit bigger :D

He seems a little too bright. perhaps you could tone down the white a little bit?

switch the white for a more greyed out color, and i will hunt you down and have your children if released for any game engine i can convert from :p

Wow this ninja looks sweet.
I agree though, the white should be a little bit greyer. It would just look nicer. Easier on the eyes.

The thing with the small waist is good though. Its how anime characters are meant to be. Small waisted and broader shoulders. Especially with this type of character.
