its there a material out there that can make an object look like its coated with diamond flake?... been looking for a mat like that but i've had no luck... any help?

dunno about diamond flake..can't say i've seen it before..but if its kinda salt crystal like then there was a thread awhile ago about making a margarita with salt crystals around the top of the glass which might help...otherwise..sorry bud no idea.

thanks for trying man... i think i might have figured it out ... made a material in PSCS and applied it to mt text... looks ok... but not what i want... ill keep tryin':thumbsup:

Try this just as a starter.

8.5 file. SSS in the lum' playing around with explosion settings on the right sphere.
