Hi,
Ive recently started to use refence footage to aid in animation. And now find it so important ive bought a video camera to record acting stuff. I think all the big studios use reference; ive seen Pixar use web cams, and record themselves on treadmills etc etc. Im amazed why i never used it before. Whats your take on it?
Ive included a link i use all the time at work, Its called Jungle Walk, and has thousands of reference clips of animals not only walking, but being themselves i.e idles, reactions, which i find even more helpful. If you have a link please post it, i think a collection of references will be really helpful to gain a better understanding of weight,nuance etc etc.
