CGTalk - zoom in amount

When I zoom in the view using the middle button scroll, it just goes too far. Is there something that I can do to decrease the zoom in amount?

Press ALT while zooming using the middle mouse button. :)

Nope, I do mean ALT ;)

ALT seems to make the scrolling go slower and CTRL makes the scrolling go faster than usual. CTRL + ALT seems to have no effect, but that's here in max 6, could be that it's different somewhere else :)
