nice

Personally I wouldn't open with the blue suited girl. I don't think that she's your best model, something doesn't seem right proportionally (head seems small, legs extremely long), nor is the environment really that appealing.

The cell shaded fro girl looks great tho! She's the one I would place first.

not bad. I think you have alot of potential. All the fundamentals of modeling are definately there. You should try to go for a character with higher detail.

Also, these days companies are looking for modelers that can not only generate geometry, but can texture and rig aswell. You're texturing can use some work. The colour maps seem to basically be there, you just need to focus on the bumps, displacements and spec maps a bit more.

You need to show some rigging too. Throw some weight tests in there, once you get some high detail characters going, muscle deformations tests would go a long way.

You've got a solid foundation, you just need to build on that.

keep going!

Hi Thanks for the replies Goon and Fluds Keeper.
Goon: Funny enough on another forum I posted this someone suggested the same thing.
Flud's Keeper: You're spot on with you're crit. Certain areas of texturing and rigging are my weaker areas in 3d.
I had not thought of doing deformation tests but it's a good idea.
When I redo my reel again I'll try to include some.
Cheers.
