ok this is it so far, still got to do the eyes, want them to be geomtry as well so I can animate him, any pointers crits fire away, Ive not done low poly before so I might have to change bits to keep it under the poly limit.

Nice job son - You did that real quickly too!
I think its gonna be tricky getting within the poly limit - speshley if you want animatable fingers and eyes.

Very ncie but the beak looks too long and the feet look WAY too small.
