View Full Version : Color Picker action ?

Is there a way to make an action that opens up the color picker window in PS 7.0 ?

This has been driving me and a my teacher crazy trying to find a way to do it.

No you can't - I've done a couple of weeks researching that and I'm abloodsolutely sure you can't.

What are you trying to do ?

One solution would be to use Photoshop Scripting (I haven't found any good tuts on the net about that but I'm writing one right now), crop a 1x1px of your image (or do a 1x1px selection) and use the histograme to find out what your color is...

yeah same here, I been looking for the shortkeys for this color picker window......I don't know why Adobe hasn't bothered with CS. It would make life so much easier...
