wow Great work ... I like the idea of punching the outside lines.. but try to make the inside line a little bit thinner it will make the character stand out more.. the old trick :)

That's great work!
I like it a lot, the colouring is semi-realistic but here expression and the linework are manga-ish / Joe Madureira-ish!
Post more!!!

I love the thick linework on this image. Do you have any more to show us?

Excellent work - she's got quite an attitude. Luv it.
Now, I absolutely do not want to say anything disrespectful about your excellent work, but I don't know a single living person who would call this "anime style".

Good work! The colouring of the other works on your site it's even better! But I think you cannot post that type of illustrations here
Mandou bem Bruzundanga! Valeu.

Legal cara. Mas pessoalmente ainda acho a tatuagem meio "alienígena", da maneira como está tratada. E algumas linhas internas poderiam ser mais finas.
No mais, arrebentou.

That is very good, I think everything is about right for a comic-style drawing.
However, I don't connect it to the traditional "Anime". Im not an anime fan, so all my knowledge of it is limited to Dragon Ball Z and such, but it doesn't look very japanese... More like an american comic style.

Ya I do see a little Joe Mad in it, like you said, but only in the face. The eyes and lips for sure. Nice line quality, keep it up.

If you were going for Joe Mad's style (I dont think you were) you would almost have nailed it, on the face. But you would need to make the hands a little more prominent. Actually, for you own style, its really great. Always love to see more.

Hiya,
Don't make it more anime (actually, manga) style! It is great as it is right now! It is much more lifelike. Maybe the outline should be a bit thinner (3/4).
But if you still don't want to use your original style, visit http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/ and http://www.polykarbon.com/ tutorials .
Could you post some more work please? It's just great...

Well...
I wrote a long and very polite answer to everyone of you that replied me. But unfortunatelly due to the new rules I didn't read (tttoooo many pages) I guess... that reply was deleted by the moderators.
So I won't reply again, or, better, I will answer very short and fast this time. No more long answers.
Thanks for seen my little piece of work. You can see more on the 2d/3d wip, here (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11476&perpage=15&highlight=rodinho&pagenumber=1) and here (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13480&highlight=steroid) . The Coppertone girl wip is one of the most visited pages of the wip room, thank god. :)
This anime/manga (whatever), was not intended to imitate madureira's work. Just playing around with japanese look. (of course madureira's influence too).
Thanks for comments and links.
The wip version of this japa girl is here (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13116&highlight=madureira)
And the really final image is here (http://www.torreismo.kit.net/arquivos_torres/anime-final-really.jpg)
Better colours and a background. No more changes, promisse.
that's it. hope not to be deleted again.
(what did I do wrong?)
