View Full Version : OT: Job Market
SeanL 05-03-2004, 03:17 AM I did a rough count of job postings (various in digital media, 2D, 3D production etc.) on an international industry job forum (2pop) and came up with the following for 2004:
Month # job postings
Jan 170
Feb 180
March 200
April 260
So it may be that things are looking up for industry hiring...

www.craiglist.org
don't know if you use it, but it has millions of users, everything from jobs to houses, girlfriends to computer stuff.
There's probably atleast 400 design jobs posted every day in select cities.

Sketchbook,
Are you in corporate, freelance or both?
I came very close to moving to Portland a few years ago, but the work situation there...but I had the sense that it's a beautiful and peaceful place to live.
