Ha, that was kind of cool, I guess the cardboard was a bit "rocky", but the commercial was cool :)

Wow! Awesome. I loved your lighting and textures on the cardboard and on the eggs.
Did you use Radiosity? Were the textures procedural or bimaps?
Great job!Looks like it came from a major production house.

Thanks a lot guys.
Yes, the Radiosity was included in render. There is no light sources in the scene. Textures are procedural except for the nut. ;)

I don't get what's going on, but it's pretty to look at. Nice job.

I'll try to explain (sorry about my english):
The story is something like the story about ugly duck which was acctualy beautiful swan. There is a 9 eggs and one nut (10 years anniversary) . All of them trying to open and they are very nervous. Finaly the nut is opening but with the help of Matejic's hand and beautiful "ratluk" (candy produced by their company, very popular in Serbia) coming from inside.
The message at the end is "One story about the candies" or "One story about the sweets"
Hope I've been efficient! ;)

Ok. Well, I love the rendering but I'm not crazy about the composited hand.

Me neither. Unfortunately I have not been on the shooting and I just received the shoot which is terrible and the deadline was just few hrs later. Anyway... on the PAL it looks good.

Hehe, I like it, top notch work (except for the hand but that apparently wasn't your fault)! The animation and rendering were very well done, only thing was that the crumple off the cardboard, it just screamed CG to me. Guess that's because people like us know crumple in and out after a while... ;)

Must be that ;)
But you know what's interesting.... the original cardboard is very same to the 3D model. Just large crumple texture is a bit different then large bumps on the original cardboard.
Thank you Gollum!

Excellent work. The only thing that could use some more work is the apparent texture stretching on the nut's surface.
I liked the composited hand. A bit dirty and rough, kinda cut out style with the increased speed.
But overall I liked it very much.
