cool pose. i like the idea. the muscles would look cool, but it seems there are huge gaps in your knowledge about anatomy. his back seems almost deformed. you have the spin coming up and wrapping around the corner, but it doesn't line up with the rest of the neck. you have the right deltoid (sholder muscle) overlapping/attached to some muscle that doesn't exist. also, you have the upper trapezius (back neck muscle) as two seperate sections, one from the sholder to the neck and the other from the neck to the head. that should all be one mass. basically, it kind of seems like you made up your own anatomy. i would get an artistic anatomy book or look up something online and study the muscles. i hope i haven't been too discouraging. you obviously have drawing talent, you just need to know more about the way the body is structured. i would recommend starting over after studying the anatomy but keep the same pose.:thumbsup:

E aí Daniel!!!
DI UFSM atacando em massa!!!
1. about your concept: is a good study of pose and forms, but I (personal opinion, not consider) like more details of the anatomy and expression;
2. the color scheme can be more expressive or dramatic, see the masters in any style, special consideration for the renaissence period in the history of art. Maybe some tests in color balance and curves in the photoshop help you to see this...
3. I´m curious for the sequence of the development!!! draw!!! draw!!! draw!!! (hehehe)
4. My scanner is DEAD man, but today I have a camera in my hands and I endow post the first images of my sketches... The T.E.M.P.L.A.R. project is starting!!!
Hei guy, goog luck to you. Sorry, my english is banal, I'm testing my comunication...

jearley: thanx for the support, man it shure wasen't desencouraging. I totaly agree in terms of my anatomy knowledge. I used some reference for this, but the thing was that I coludn't realy adapt what I was seing to my pose. I'll restart in this for sure.
londero: sim DI atacando, heheh. Qualquer dia desses eu te mostro o projeto que eu to trabalhando pra minha monografia. No one said anything...
Well, anyways I started re-painting the character this afternoon, with the anatomy, I think, corrected. Here it's where I got so far:

Maybe you should try to choose a less "yellowish" tint for skin, but anyway, since it's still very wip, I can't say much more...except I wanna see more :D
So carry on dude ;)
