Error Message I've Never Seen :

whats does USG Block Subscriber Access mean?

user gets it when he tries to access the internet from a Hotel Conf Room w/laptop. Is not a wireless.

Dell Lap Top

i've google it to death and found nothing.

what software are you using to connect to the conference?

you either don't have permission by the host or a port is blocked or there is a problem with the software.

is your windows XP firewall switched on?

do u have anti-virus or firewall? software or router?

to switch the windows XP firewall off :

go to . . . .

control panel > network connections >

you should see you internet connection in there.

right-click and go to properties

then the "Advanced" tab.

there should be a tick in internet connection firewall.

if ther is untick it. and try to connect.

it could be a problem with the host though
