hmm...difficult, but I would go with the right one...
But I think this choice is rather a matter of opinion than a mather of being scared, because they both look scary too me...but I belief the red eyes fit better with the overall colors...

LOL don´t worry about it, shehrevar. :)

I´m really divided because I kinda think the red ones have more ´power´ (more inner tension about to burst, to spring out), but the green one are somewhat prettier in the hi-res version (they have a nice pattern I kinda felt in love for).

Just wait a little longer before you decide...I am sure more people will vote, so your choice will be more easier to make.

k... although I already voted... here's my opinion :)

definitely the green one! First, being a complementary contrast to the red body, the eyes draw way more attention to themselves and second the red eyes sort of drown in the reddish flesh color.

The right eye could use a little more green though :)

This probably isn't what you are looking for, but I think they both look great and a good part of my final decision would be based on what kind of character she is and what kind of power she is wielding. The green eyes to me, read like she has psychic mystical power, more ethereal and mental, whereas the red eyes come off as more demonic, more physical, earthy and hellish.
