Hi 3dflasher,

I'd start by increasing the speed of the roll over. As it stands right now he looks to be putting weight on the cylinder as it's under him, creating a hover-like feeling to it.

You could also add a crazy follow-through pose for when he tosses the cylinder.. And hold it till you feel comfortable with the emotion coming through...It'll add tons to the anims. Then come back and shear his claws ..

The tension build up and release when he goes to shear his claws could use a bit of tweeking. Adding a few more frames at the climax of the buildup and knocking off a few keys for the release might do the trick. Don't forget to overlap the arms.. try not to stop them on the same frame.

The gesture at the end lack aggression in them...

A cool anim nonetheless....
Keep Rockin...

I like the modeling and shading, but the timing of the animation needs some work. The way the cilinder stops, seems like Magneto was holding it on :)

When Wolverine jumps, Thake away the pause.

Give us some more.. :)

Yeah, looks cool to me, I'd love to see a whole fight scene with wolverine... only my 2 cents regarding the cylinder: the moment when he stabs the barrel, you could perhaps some asymmetry so example given he hits it with his right fist first, so it becomes a little less perfect (i think you'll tweak the timing, so youll go over it anyway ;) )

but overall it its great!!!

btw, what software did you use? looks a bit like c4d sketch and toon, or is it lightwave?

Keep it up buddy!

PS: could you post a quicktime version so we can watch it fame by frame?

Thanks for the crits guys. Didn't get too much time to work on it last night. Im kinda stoked I got this far in like 5 hours. Hopefully I'll get some spare time to work on it this weekend. Rendered update. Small tweaks. Keep the crits comming :bounce:

Hey man, not bad. He seems to lack weight though for me and seems quite rigid. I'd suggest looking at ur f-curves and getting rid of keys that dont do anything or make the animation stutter.

Keep it up!
