Hello,

This is a character currently under developement. A Morar Colonel/general - whatever. The bad guy who is the head of the bad in my project. He is not supposed to be evil but just determined, strong, confident, slightly narrow minded (less than real soldiers :) ).
I am mostly happy with the main features but he doesn't seem to have quite enough character yet. (and I don't find box hair and wide chin giving enough character for a soldier)
I am looking for general critique on everything else but texturing.
The ears suck still but feel free to comment also those.
He wil be bald or shaved short so the head form is quite critical.
I am looking for semi realistic results.

I had a rest from the face last night and was working with the clothing. I'll get back soon with more images.

Looking good it's needs a bit more complexity when you're rendering it you can see the polygons at the top of the head they're quite blocky, forhead seems a bit back I dunno though maybe it's ok and the ears seem a bit big. Good start :)
