CGTalk - Hide dos prompt

I use network rendering software (S.E.B) and I like it, but there is big problem. Every time when S.E.B strat to render frame it run mayabatch and batch prompt window opens. This make my live very difficult.

How I can prevent mayapatch prompt to poupup in my screen?
