It's a very nice painting:bowdown:
Just one suggestion,
you should create more distance buildings, juste one or two silhouettes for the depth and atmosphere transparency.
I really like the mood of this painting. It's Peacefull.
It will be a pleasure to see more of your work.

Great atmosphere and concept!
That dark area on the lower right, seems a bit too dark if you want to call out those two characters as well in to the picture!

jmendes - ya you're right, the only reason I did that was because I was trying to focus on the ship but I see exactly what you mean.

gbonamy - adding a little more silhouettes would create more depth, thanks for pointing it out - i guess its something i missed when i was in such a hurry.. here are two more i did not too long ago. thanks for you interest. =)

that's astonishing, truly amazing. I dig the first, but the second's lighting is also amazing. Too bad you didn't go too much into details because that would've assured you front page for sure!
