Convince me.
I've got 3.3 at home along with Lightwave 7.5 (8 when it's released). At work I use Maya and there's some stuff that I really like about the program (ease of editing curves in the timeline being one example).
With my experience with Maya so far, as well as the fact that XSI has reduced their price, I'm considering other alternatives.
The pros I see with messiah:
. Supposedly better for a one-man operation than XSI or Maya. Don't know if this statement is true or not.
. Good renderer with LW. Although Maya and XSI both have Mental Ray.
. Sasquatch for fur. Would have to shell out $$$$$ for fur in other programs.
What else?
