not sure if this is good,I'll try other things and see if it gets better.This one is about operation done on unborn baby.baby plus machine internal organs - not sure I like this idea

some little improvements to the model.I'll have to fix her forhead a bit and fix nostrils.This is the nurse character.shes human not cyborg.
