Hi all,

I have a PSD image that I'm which has different layers. I have a Targa which is the same size that I would like to import into the PSD I'm working on as a new layer.

Is this possible?

Ummm... open up both and just copy + paste the layer from one to the other. Or just drag it. Is that what you wanted?

Since they both have the same size, I assume that you want to place your targa in the exact same place as the remaining layers in your psd file, so hold the SHIFT key while draging, this will keep it's position.
