Hi there! I'm having some troubles in creating water ... I've seen many tuturials in how to create water material ... but my problem is in the water modeling, i need to create some realistic spread water over a table but i cant do it, so I'm thankfull if any of you can help me.

first thing you need to do, as with EVERYTHING in art, do lots of reseach. Go find some reference pictures of what u want to achive, or take pictures your self. should take 2 min, spalsh some water on a table and take a picture of it. post what u find, shoot, and we will help you achive it.

u can try glue 3d, it is a very good plugins for max, i use it a lot for all water effects :P
