Connecting? Did you mean Weld or Snap?
Weld :
Select two vertice that you want to "connect",then use Modify>Poly.Mesh>Weld Two Points/Edges command in the Model toolbar.
Snap:
Press M key to active Move Point Tool, then simply hold on Ctrl key to snap point.
That is it ! Have fun !:bounce:

No, no. I mean select two vertices and join/connect them with an edge. Maybe my terminology is wrong, but thats what I do with max/poly-edit/meshtools. Connect verticies creates an edge between the selected verticies.
thanks for the reply though:shrug:

Select the object, hold down the \ key (above the Enter key), click on the first vertex, click on the second, (then you can release the \ key) and there you go.
Hope this helps
