Hello everyone, could anyone explain me, y everytime i change the size of my brushes it gets way darker than before? When i scale the bruch up, the pressure sensibility gets much better to work. How can i make the small brushes has the same pressure sensibilty than the bigg ones.
Sorry if this is confusing.

Hi Andre...

If you could post an image to demonstarte the extent of the effect you're talking about that would be helpful.

However... i'm getting the feeling that you're talking about anti-aliasing, in a round-about way. Photoshop anti-aliases (smooths) edges on some brushes, unless you set the option to "Hardness=100". And when you draw using smaller brushes, the actual amount of "full" paint becomes harder to see, and appears to be enveloped by the smoothed edges around the brush.

Try simply duplicating the layer you painted on and set the duplicate's blend mode to Multiply. This works specifically for layers with no bg colour on them, or at the least, have a white bg colour. Any other colour will not be suitable for use with this method.

Also... depending on how thin your lines are, the FILTER>Other>Minimum filter can be used to thicken lines. Use a very small setting though, like 1-2 pixels.
