Very good work!
A few comments : Personally (just a personal opinion) don't like the car "paste" onto the background pics. It somehow spoilt the scene. Maybe it is due to the texture. Perhap the texture could improve to make it more realistic otherwise i think it looks like an oversize toy car.
But seriously, overall, it is still a very good piece of work. Keep it up! :)

i cant make a good car for the life of me right now..lol...ut i'm guessing its one of your first ones?
it looks like its made out of plastic...and plasticine..lol..it seems you still have work to do...on...everywhere...at least thats what some of the shadows i see on the car suggest...
i wish i can do what you did...and its not bad...a little tweaking and cleaning up and u should have a nice car no problem..
go and get some car paint material for it...:thumbsup:

hey skyraider, this piece of car looks like toy car to me.. maybe,it's just materials or what.. maybe it looks too rounded to me,.. but,i'm curious for final one,with new materials and nice reflections etc.. will be soon?
Yeah, it's still really popping out of the background.
It's screaming for bounce light - you're not going to get close without Brazil or Final Render and matching the background lighting very closely - or better yet, using HDRI to match the background lighting 'exactly'.
The reflections on the car also don't key up with the background plate.
You may be able to get closer with photoshop and fixing the materials and reflection, but otherwise I'd bite the bullet and get yourself a better renderer -

I really appreciate your use of ambient lighting and lack of self-shaddowing to ensure that there is no contrast on the car whatsoever.
I like the contrast of the pitch black shaddows on the ground with absolutely no shaddow on the car. Extra details like this absolutely ensure that the viewer knows instantly that the car is CG and isn't fooled for a second. The lack of any hard specular highlights really brings out the material of the car, making the illusion of play-doh complete.
