Hi there,

I am in for this time! My english is not that good so I will make it brief most of the time.

There are two main ideas I am playing around with:

The steam powered Snail

This giant snail has been modified to transport people with the help of steam power. The steam is let off on the underside of the snail so it can move like a hovercraft. Other car accessories like a headlight will be implanted.
I'll try to combine the styles of the steam era (engine and accessories) and the 70ies disco era (bubble chair) in this design.
Here is some quick sketch without much details:

The road sweeping Elephant

Well, the name says it all. Basically it is the living and (sort of) intelligent giant vacuum cleaner. With the power of an airplane turbine implanted into the body of the elephant, it is able to suck EVERYthing off the streets.
This is the scribble:

I was also thinking about an advanced sawfish with a heavy chainsaw upgrade ... but didn't scribble it yet and kind of dismissed this idea already.

I think I will stick with the steam snail concept.

Comments are welcome!

There are so many excellent entries this time - it's amazing! I enjoy them very much!

I like the elephant better. Will you be going for a cartoony or realistic look?

I'll try to go for a combination of both. The proportions shall be cartoony - the shaders and textures shall look as realistically as possible.

Ok ... have to decide which character I'll bring further.

Nice elephant! I would much rather see that guy walking around than the loud annoying street cleaner trucks.

Let's see some 3d! :bounce:
