The toonshader.com forum doesn't seem to be working so i'm hoping someone here has used Tomcat. It all works fine exept only silouette brush works (yes i have attached various other brushes to the crease, boundary and material settings). I spent a good 6 hours trying to get it to work so i don't think it is anything too obvious, could it be a bug or something?

When I do a command prompt render it doesn't do the post process. I've done command prompt renders with paint FX stuff before and they seem to render fine, so what's up?

flicker-free,
I had the same problem when I was messing with TomCat shader. All renders from Maya UI rendered fine, but the command line failed. There seems to be an output a message about being unable to get the render camera, so it can't go through the post process. Maybe you should try to include the command line switch that specifies the camera explicitly, but I'm not sure about that.
I haven't checked the toonshade forum though, so there might be a solution there.

hey doms, did you check the other options? There are 4 of them. (silouette, crease, boundry and material) If you did then I wouldn't know what is wrong. Everything here works fine. Except one thing: Batch rendering!

Anyone knows what I should do to fix this? It just doesn't render anything. It should be fixed sinds the 3.9 version.
I tried to check the forum but it doesn't seem to work. I always get stuck with those guys that control the verification of the email and stuff.

And could anyone explain to me what a "command promt render" actually is? Or how to do it?
Thanks in advance

I can't use batch render at all....even not from the command line. The image does render out, but it still has the "Tomcat Trial" txt on it, which I won't see if I only render 1 frame....does any body has the same problem?
