Hi everyone!
My name is Tony a.k.a Ypsilon or Deus.
I'm the lead story writer for 'The Red Star' and i'm writing it for Half-life2 but because of the newest date announced by VALVe that it will be released 2005, im rethinking what game to release it for.
About the MOD:
'Today, is a day that Moscow never will forget. At rush hour today, the largest harvest of innocent lifes took place in Moscow Metro. This 'harvest' killed an unknown amount of innocent people, but up to now, a count of 300 has been found, but for every minute there are more deads found. Black smoke is rising from every metro entrance in Moscow, this is by far the biggest terrorist assault in years and was performed by a terrorist group known as 'The Red Star'. They made them selves heard only hours after the attack by taking an entire TV station under controll, killing many hostages and injured many other civillians on the streets outside the TV station. Irina Belyaev, leader of The Red Star troops, claimed that they performed the bombing.'
You're Alexei Titov, a member of the Red Star organization.
A couple of days after the bomb went off, your brother Michail was murdered. Irinia, the leader of the Red Stars blames the goverment for the death of your brother, insisting Titov to join her fight against the goverment. The red stars has got 5 hideouts in Moscow, from which you will be assigned missions to either demolish or infiltrate key points for the Red Stars operation in Moscow to be succesfull.
The enemies you will encouter in the MOD are local Police, Spetnaz and Militia in the worst case.
We're looking for experiensed people, maybe ½ to 1 year of experience of what you do. We need atleast 2 character modelers, we have weapon modelers already. We also need animators and texturers for the models. But if you can be of any other assistance that will help the MOD, please do not hesitate to contact me.
NOTE: All the names of the characters, the group and everything mentioned above are still under thought, and are most likley to be changed at any time. All the names are fiction and are not ment to insult anyone.
