i got a small problem:

i wan't that the eye look at the pointer but it's watching the other side. How do i change it so it's looking at the pointer?

Under the look-at constraint rollout in the modifier stack (max 4.2), there is a check box for "keep initial offset" (right below the "weight spinner" and above the "viewline length absolute" check box. Check the "keep initial offset" box and it should re-align the eye to its initial position (assuming that the eye was where you wanted it when you first added the look-at constraint). Hope this answers your question

thanks everyone, there is a very simple way that i resolved my problem. I used the BILLBOARD lookat contoller of Habaware.
