It doesn't look very efficient.... Maybe you could increase the size of the wings? And give them a nice slope, too, or the wind won't have much effect on the windmill... By the look at the direction your grass is bending, I'd say the wind comes from behind the windmill. That doesn't make it very efficient... That's for the mechanical side. The colour scheme is weird too. I think the blue doesn't fit much that scene. Maybe some tiles would be of a better effect on the roof? That's it for my suggestions ^_^. Hope I helped

Nice Work....I do agree with May-lea....maybe the wing size could be increased, but other than that it is looking nice! Keep it up!
