Hello there,

Here is my entry for the 2D challenge.
In the far flung future space travel has become a major source of economic support for humans… Most minerals are mined on distant asteroids. Some of the major mining corporations have merged in an effort to create newer technologies. And the “Gidian Astrophysical Explorer” production project is a result of this merger…

The Mark 3.5 is the latest… and great improvement on the Mark 3, which malfunctioned and tragically killed several scientists *just put that in for a bit of humour*. lol

Basically Astrophysical explorers are launched towards their target in deep space… when they land they become active and conduct experiments and relay transmissions back to earth.

Anyway, constructive comments are always welcome!

Awesome Art Ste, I love the style of your stuff it looks Ace! The back story is nice aswell, I'm picturing halfLife scientists! lol

what are your plans for a finished piece of art? I'm imagining you could have alot of fun with this, the colours look cool aswell!
