1. The upper lip should be wider than the lower lip.
2. The iris of the eye is small
3. Model the crease for the cheek muscle.
4. The creases on the side of the nose shouldn't be there.

Bring the browbones out some. Imagine her skull is a balloon; deflate it a bit. From about the ears upward, the skull should get smaller.

She's got a little bit of a pignose there... at least, one get's the impression, because usually one can't see the nostrils like that from the front.
I'd make the connection between the side of the nose and the cheek a little smoother/rounder.
The part between the upper lip and the nose is still too undefined. That would help the upper lip, too.
Still, get the browbones a little more extended, but leave the nose-scull-connection laid-back. (a sideview would help)
I'd put the ears a little higher.
Oh, and the neck looks somewhat too long, because it would already ... erh... "enter" into the shoulders (don't know how to better say it in english, sorry...)

Well... actually, me too, I'm a complete green novice in the material, but since a month I'm working on a girlhead (my own head ;-) ), so I hope my tip's might be helpfull...
Sorry for my english...

Keep it up! b^_^d

cuz i been tring to fix this thing all day i think it may be the eye sockets them selves but i thought maybe someone here can point it out before i start tearing into this damn thing anymore.

Ok... I can see you've moved the ears, shortened the neck a litle. Wether or not you have worked on the side of the nose, I can't realy tell (I can't compare a smothed and a flat shade very well... as said, I'm still a novice...)

The lips first:
I'd drag the two upmost points to the left and to the right of the meridian (the line where you most probably mirrored at), a little more upward (z-direction) and the point between them a little inward (y-directon) [why on earth is the z-axis the one that goes upwards??? *confusion*]

The nose, well, I can't see to much of the nose there... but it looks even stranger in the sideview... it looks somewhat as if she got it broken by someone... and the "nosewings" don't reach up to the "peak". The nose get's thiner halfway from the cheaks to the peak... My advice is, look at your own nose. From all sides (yes even from below; I know it feels strage, but it realy helped me a lot...)

:-/ Humm... does that help? *wonder*
