Liseelulu,

I like the knight character.

The "conehead" character on the right (the rook?) seems rather too simple. And not suggestive of a tower in any way.

All of their lower faces could use more detail. The hint of lips?

I think why I like the knight character so much is he has something setting him apart from the others. Maybe you could give each piece its own prop. Like a staff for the bishop. Crenellations for the rook. That kind of thing.

Looking forward to the pawn.
