Is Somebody could tell me what this arrow represents and is it supposed to be align with the bones ?

It's the pole vector for your IK and it isn't supposed to be aligned down the bones, it looks fine to be. If you get flipping problems with your IK, you need to adjust these. Read the docs for more info.

Oh yes i just figured out. It's the twist attribute...

White triangle is the twist and inside of it is a green line which is the pole vector to clear things up.
