How can I map a polygon object on both side so that it has two different outside and inside texturte...?:bounce:

If the object is like a grid : use the "two side" shader from the render tree (not sure of the name but you'll find it).
If the object is like a box or a sphere, etc, you must learn to use the texture editor.

It's the Front_Back node, found into the Switch sub-menu.
