Nice work, tho you should show us some more views like a profile and 3/4. Any chance of a wireframe.
The only thing I'd say is put a bit more life into the face. You can tell what expression someone's pulling just by looking at the eyes and in your shots the eyes hardly change, if at all.
(Remember how bad the facial animation in Final Fantasy was)

i now that it is hard to work with shaghair but try to put more model hair with some little different colors .

Good texturing especially the lips, they look very real. Did you made this girl frome real life or your imagination?

i think the bump still needs some tweaks the nose looks a bit funny, the pores donīt look real. for the rest , great modeling, would like to see a wireframe to see the detail.

looks good to me. You will have to work on the expressions. As mentioned before, there is really very little change in the eyes or forehead.
Oh, and the yellow above the eyes looks really odd.
The eyes themselves look fairly real, maby a little bit too reflective.
Where the textures hand-drawn or done via photos?
Can we see the textures?

I also agree, the eyes are in real need of emotion, without scwints, and such you really loos alot in an expresion.
