I built a scene and imported my character but it ended up being a godzilla bird. When I try scaling the joints he goes a bit deformed - even when I group them :scream: . Can I scale the bird or do I have to scale the whole scene around him?

You should be able to just select the root joint, group it, and then scale that group. Make sure you don't group the skin, otherwise you'll get double-transforms and all sorts of ugly stuff.
