hello,

all i need to know is if there is a way to take my rig and mesh and make its curent hierarchy and contraints the new "reset actor"

im not talking bout a pose but the actual "envelope >reset actor"

currently if i try to reset, half my rig resets and turns 90*(the original bones and deformers), and the new deformers and bones i added stay put, totaly twisting up my mesh and my rig.

um.....

u know what? if i'm right, the "reset actor" button under Envelope only resets the deformers.

the state of the Reset was recorded when u 1st enveloped your mesh. there is a way to change this, u should try muting the envelope, then move the stuff into your new reset pose, then unmute it.

but i think the easier way is just to record an Action pose if u don't wanna redo all the weighting.

goodluck

i actualy came acrosthe solution, first of reset actor is super lame hahah it bugs up all constraints,

the sloution was to save off all my wiehgt editors as presets, then delete not freeze my wieghts in the objects so it returend to its normal pose, then rotate and refit the rig, it didnt take long cuz rotation was the issue at hand. once thats done i enveloped my mesh again and reloaed the preset wiehgts, viola~!
