Hi guys and gals,

I came accross this image on my harddisk, but I haven't got a clue about the author of this piece. Anyone any idea?

Thanks in advance and kind regards,

I found his homepage.
Prepare to be knocked out.

This guy is seriously talented.
A master.
Check out his gallery.
On the second page is work he did on a 32Mb Amiga with
an old version of Cinema.
It will knock your socks off.
It kinda makes the "what program/what version" debate
redundant.

Who cares? I'm looking for an' old Amiga and the oldest version of
Cinema that will run on it ;-)

32MB of RAM. LOL. Can you believe it?

Seriously, i think he still has a bit of Cinema feel to his work.
Am i imagining it and talking rubbish? Maybe there's no such thing..
Maybe it's coz a lot of architechtural stuff is done in Cinema.
And it's a bit easier to get awesome lighting/renders...
Anyhow...

I rarely see stuff this good done in Max, though obviously it is a superb
program and quite capable of such. Maybe it's harder to learn to use this
WELL? He's obviously been doing this a little while....

Cheers for the info on him.

Check out www.cgarchitect.com for good architectural renders made with Max/Viz. Strat used to hang out there - he still does, I think.

Mad skills! I have to spend more time experimenting with lighting. It really can take a scene to another level.

Thanks for the link to the artist's web page. I agree with all the previous posts in regard to the talent posessed by this artist. I believe the gallery from the earlier days is an example of the "it is the artist and not the software" statement in Leigh's "Which Software Do I Choose?" Thread.

Brammelo, luka, thanx for the links/info.
