ppl, can any1 point me to some good tutorial or explain me how to have separate layers for shadow, specular, reflection etc... passes from rendered pictures, that I could use them like separate layers later in composing...I know for Photoshop PSD export image plugin, but I`m not shure is it good for that task, any1 have expiriance in this area...

There's a good tut on psd export here. You could also look into rla or rpf. What is your compositing app?
