attaching images on certain forums

ok, i went into the forum i needed, and i had the ability to post attachments, so I moved out of the form for a moment, and when i went back, i no longer could have the attachments. I think I am actually going crazy. If someone has some insight, pleeeeeeeeaaaaaasssseeeeee help! Thanks, pre-emptively
