Ive been workin on this for a couple of days.
I didn't think of a specific character before I started doodling so this is how he turned out. At first I was happy with the ink-outlined version but I decided to made one without the lines to practice in that area. I'll hopefully finish him some time during the weekend and continue on a 3d character.
Any critiques/suggestions are very welcome (I've only been doing digital painting for a few months =] )

I used a wacom tablet and Photoshop 7.

Man this is great! My only crit is that the top of his shoulder looks like butt cheeks in the second picture... You might want to change that.

Yes the shoulder looks a bit like an ass when you mention it lol. Ill see what I can do about that. And I must admit I never saw any Cheech and Chong =/

Anyway here's an update. I didnt get to finish it before the weekend as planned but what the heck. Eventually it will turn into a birthday card.
I will also define the blade of the ace better and add some other details.
