very very nice.
the only thing I noticed is the skin texture. It looks overall too clean.
The metal textures of the armour and shields is awesome. really spot on, so tis the texture on the horse.
one more thing, what the hell is coming out of the knocked down soldiers mouth? is he eating his beard? :)
I also think there are too many clouds to be so bright.
mighty impressive work.

Woow!! Great job. It's impressive. I like the horse
But I agree with Breyne about the armour and the lighting.
Too much clouds and the sun is low so it's strange that's so bright.

the only thing that bothers me is the crowd tend to blend together. it doesn't help that they're all identicle.

nice rendering !

I think this is a great peace, the only thing that's bothering me (and not only me) is that the soldiers in the back looks all the same.
But overall i think you did a great job

Thank you all for your comments. I'm are glad you like it.
I do agree with the faces. But since the target size of the image was that of a game cover, we thought it wasn't worth the time, although it would have been great.
And the sky was meant to be that way... More like an illustration, like the ones of Frank Frazzetta.
BTW, we didn't make any ingame graphics. That credit goes to all great artists at Pyro.
