It's quite an abstract image, not too many crits, the glowing particles from the right look good, but there is far too much glow on the 2 itself, you lose definition. Mind you it could look ok on a monitor, can't really judge from a compressed qt...

the movement is nice but i think you need to balance things out more. You're color pallette is really fruity, so unless this is for a miami news station i'd say it's a bit to rainbowy. Also i think you could have more subtle elements in the background, the 2 seems a bit lonely.
