Hello all, you all do amazing work and I hope to learn as much as I can form you all.

My question is, are there any photorealistic cloud tutorials for people without pen-tablets. I have seen work that blows my mind, so real I fell as if I can touch them. And if not, what would the best pen-tablet be, and if I am serious should I pursue one. (And keep cost in mind, I am in school, so money is hard to come by=lowest cost + best quality for price)

Thanks all and keep up the truly amazing work!

Thanks for the reply, I have seen that tutorial, put it requires a pen-tablet. So, then does my second part of my question apply. Thanks again.

Do a search, there's been lots of tablet discussion in the past. Basically if you want quality your going to have to get a Wacom.

Yes, If you can spare it, buy an A5 wacom. Sorry, don't know how much is this in inches...

Wacom is not the only game in town if you are on a budget. Also don't forget that ebay and simular sites have used tablets for less. You can also pick up some used tablets from graphics hardware stores that were demos.

And finally, although some tuts call for pens (and they are a blessing to have) I have seen some incredible artwork down with mouse or trackball.
