I added the grime and nouse in ps, other than that its untouched.
Ofcourse on the last 2 ones I also used the HSV sliders.

Have you tried the fxtree in XSI for such details instead?. It's a really good compositor, plus I find the painterly-effects included really sharp for such effects.

Actually I did use the fxtree to give it some of the paintery effects.
