Hello, I may sound like a complete idiot by asking this, but how do you create a simple Outlined Box in photoshop 7. I can't seem to find the tool for the life of me! Thanks!

Mmmm, that is a very basic question indeed.
Easiest way is to make a selection with the rectangular marquee tool, then go to Edit ---> stroke.
Depending on which version of photoshop you have, you may also create a rectangular shape layer, but if you're just starting out it's easier to use the method above.
