National Film School Graduation Production needs Maya Modellers, texture artists and set lighters for a 6 minute animation. There is a small fee (+ VHS, credit etc) for anyone who helps.

The film will be put on DVD, sent out to the industry and shown at the National Film Theatre in London.

Designs and artwork are available. Finished models needed by May '04. The idea is that people work at home in their spare time/weekends etc. The items are mainly 'rustic furniture' and household items. Also some Matte paintings.

Around August/Sept I need UK based renderers/lighters to help part time over 5 weeks or so.

Please email me directly for further details, designs and images. Please also confirm you will be using Maya. Fee is based on complexity of models and textures you can do (something between $50-$150 per model/texture)

Hope to hear from you,

Ben

Hi there,

I'm hoping to have a web page uploaded in the next week or so, with synopsis, storyboard and concept art.

I can email people the images at the moment, but I know that's not ideal.

My background is in 3D CGI and I was Technical Director and Head of Digital Production on 'Bing and Bong's Tiny Planets', among other projects.

The National Film and Television School is a charity school in the UK, birthplace of Wallace and Gromit and home to many talented artists.

This project is a Graduation Film and the Director is a Portuguese Animator with a good portfolio of 3D work.

I hope that gives a little more info.

Ben
