Where I can found a good tutorial which explains how a text can follow a path???
In particular I have a lot of problem to control the rotation of the letters

Can Anyone help me????

You could use the path deform modifier. It deforms and object (text) along a spline. If you animate the offset it'll do the trick...

3dsmax Media Animation is a good book for flying text type stuff.
